In-Person Coaching: Functional Strength & Mobility for Life
What it is:
Private, in-person training sessions that combine strength training, postural correction, joint-friendly mobility work, and brain-body coordination drills. Designed for adults 35+, especially those with past injuries, stiffness, chronic joint pain, or balance issues.
Why it works:
Because aging well isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about training smarter. I focus on functional longevity: helping you stay strong, move freely, and prevent the slow loss of muscle, posture, and independence that often starts after 40. Every session is adapted to you, your pain points, energy, and goals.
What we work on:
Posture and balance retraining. Joint-friendly strength building. Mobility and flexibility routines. Cognitive drills for memory + coordination. Breathing and movement efficiency. Injury recovery guidance and support.
How it works:
